How Can I Lose Weight in 7 Days at Home?
I eat potatoes, apples, and bananas, I don’t eat raw vegetables. If I eat an apple sliced to slice lengthwise so a slice to length is 12.25-inches, that’s considered an apple.

I eat tofu and tofu stir-fry. I like my foods cooked until deep-fried in kimchi butter. If I have plain kimchi out, I love stir-frying. I don’t eat my vegetables.
I don’t eat pineapple, cauliflower, broccoli, or ragi rice. My mom has always told me that pineapple and cauliflower are not good for weight loss, so I never ate them. My mom is getting older, so it’s about time I start eating even vegetables. mom teaches me she can’t keep adding too much of anything to my diet. If you don’t eat according to your nutrition plan, you’ll have significant health problems.
I ate my broccoli before eating a large glass of water, I would still feel like a tomato when I drink it. If I ate my ragi rice and salad with sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cilantro, and doused it with garlic vinegar, I’d still have a funk. I didn’t eat ANY vegetables or fruit since the third day, so my belly is full but my heart is still pumped with protein. My abdominal fat content has gone up. By paying attention to my well-being, I’m trying to become more fit.
I didn’t do stretches or lunges, so I look very fat. When I lifted weights a little to test it out, my heart rate was almost 120 beats per minute. If I wanted to lose weight and tone up my muscle mass, my body has to adapt. (I am currently in my first year of a full-time BSN program at the University of Memphis, so I’m still adjusting to my new lifestyle.)
I tried to snack every 15 minutes, so I give myself at least 30 minutes to get back in shape. This includes drinking protein in whole-grain snacks such as whole-wheat toast with peanut butter or hummus and extra virgin olive oil. Working in the IBOCS program at the University of Memphis is a great stepping stone to getting my fitness degree. Before I got into that program, I was using training equipment and weights but wanted to add water and a little more motivation. Those two ingredients go hand in hand.
As I already mentioned, my waist and armpits are bigger because I eat my vegetables cooked. I am a long-time sports buff, so I would love to break free from the cycle of your average diet (which requires you to drink just water while eating every meal) and come full circle and opt for more natural forms of food.
I eat small portions every 2 hours or so. And sure there are ways of doing this, but I do it by making sure my liver can metabolize my meals. If you’re lucky enough to have your metabolism, for a heavy meal, plan ahead. Make sure you’re in a great, energizing mood to reap the benefits of your meals. Prepare a piece of fruit, some yummy dips or spreads, and a snack or appetizer. I find eating on my own is a good way to stay motivated. — Kelly Kraus and Evan Bell, CPT,
