What you need:
- 4 medium whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained and sliced into smaller pieces
- 1/4 cup blackberries, quartered
- 1/4 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup green grapes, quartered
- 3/4 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix together yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and orange juice in a mixing bowl until ingredients are well-combined. Set aside. Using a small round cookie cutter, cut circles into wheat tortillas. Spread each circle with yogurt mixture and top with strawberry, mandarin oranges, blackberries, kiwi, and grapes.
Serve as is or refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving if your little one wants a cold treat!

- 7 wooden skewers
